5 new features to help you sell courses and offer an improved learning experience

In order to empower our trainers to build an engaged learning community, we're constantly adding new capabilities and fine-tuning the existing features in TrainerCentral. Based on feedback from our educators and partners, we have added several new features, including custom email addresses, form builder, course bundling, and key enhancements to the site builder. Let's look at each of these in detail:

Personalize your communication with learners

Emails are a great way to engage with your learners, and you can now send them in just a few clicks. You can compose and send emails to hundreds of learners at once or start a conversation with one learner. Use this option to send the schedule for your upcoming workshop, promote the launch of a new course through a newsletter, or to personally check on your learners' progress.
 

Get a deeper understanding of your learners

With forms, you can collect a large set of information about your learners to help personalize your course offering. You can add custom fields to TrainerCentral forms and collect your participant's demography details, their preferred language, and even understand their current skill sets to further refine your teaching methodologies.  

Engage learners with assignments

Assignments can encourage learners to explore concepts more critically, leading to greater understanding. With the Assignments feature, you can evaluate work, provide feedback, and control learner progress in your online course. You can integrate assignments as part of your curriculum and even make them mandatory for students to complete your course.

• Video with text: You can add a short video to your homepage to give a quick pitch about your expertise or share a recording of your past workshops. This makes your website more intuitive for visitors and helps increase lead conversion.

• FAQ: This section helps you clarify specific questions learners may have about your training academy or any particular course. Use this section to proactively answer important questions on refund policies or prerequisites for a course.
